Linda McKenzie is a litigation attorney with extensive experience in all stages of civil litigation. She currently focuses her practice on representing injured individuals and their families alongside our Tucson medical malpractice attorneys and Tucson wrongful death lawyers.

Ms. McKenzie’s prior experience includes representing plaintiffs and defendants in complex cases with Tucson personal injury lawyers, as well as handling wrongful death and medical malpractice claims and civil and administrative matters involving insurance entities and healthcare providers. Additionally, she has represented healthcare providers before professional boards and counseled them about compliance with federal and state healthcare laws, including HIPAA, EMTALA, HCQIA, Medicare, and Medicaid requirements.

Ms. McKenzie has conducted extensive scholarly research and writing on healthcare regulation. Her work has been published in the Arizona Law Review, the Journal of Law and Health, and the Journal of Contemporary Health Law and Policy.

Ms. McKenzie has been a member of the State Bar of Arizona since 2005. She is admitted to practice before Arizona state courts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. Ms. McKenzie is actively involved in the American Association for Justice and the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association.

In addition to representing clients, Ms. McKenzie is a registered nurse who is not currently practicing. She has 18 years of experience in maternal-child nursing, which has proven particularly beneficial when representing parties in medical malpractice cases.
