John Kastner

John Kastner is an AV Preeminent Peer Review Rated litigation and trial attorney with extensive experience in all stages of civil litigation. He currently represents clients alongside our Tucson medical malpractice attorneys and Tucson catastrophic injury lawyers.

Mr. Kastner’s prior experience includes representing both plaintiffs and defendants in complex products liability, personal injury, and medical malpractice cases. He has also represented businesses in complex commercial disputes and government entities in matters involving alleged constitutional and other violations.

Mr. Kastner has presented continuing legal education to other attorneys on topics such as dram shop laws, trial preparation, and the rules of civil procedure. He has served as a Judge Pro Tem for the Pima County Superior Court and serves on the Local Rules of Practice Advisory Committee for the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona.

Mr. Kastner has practiced law since 1996 and has been a member of the State Bar of Arizona since 2002. He is admitted to practice before Arizona and Utah state courts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
