John Kastner
John Kastner is a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent Peer Review Rated litigation and trial attorney with extensive experience in stages of civil litigation. John focuses his current practice on representing those injured in catastrophic accidents or because of medical malpractice.
Mr. Kastner’s prior experience includes representing both plaintiffs and defendants in complex products liability, personal injury and medical malpractice cases. Mr. Kastner has represented businesses in complex commercial disputes and has represented government entities related to alleged constitutional and other violations.
Mr. Kastner has presented continuing legal education to other attorneys on topics such as dram shop laws, preparing cases for trial and the rules of civil procedure. Mr. Kastner has served as a Judge Pro Tem for Pima County Superior Court and serves on the Local Rules of Practice Advisory Committee for Federal District Court.
Mr. Kastner has been a member of the State Bar of Arizona since 2002 and has practiced law since 1996. He is admitted to practice law before Arizona and Utah state courts, the United States District Court in the District of Arizona and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
